During this time it will be non-stop movement. This helps create the atmosphere/ Vibe for the class. Hip Hop history
Drills/Movement break Down: 15 minutes
-Breaking down the signature dance moves in the choreography for the day. These signature moves can come from one era of movement or all the eras depending on what is being taught
Groove Theory
Bounce Theory
Level Theory
Music Theory (Music and Song Structure)
Choreography/Freestyle development:50 minutes
Vibe Session: 5 minutes x Recap for 5 minutes.
