Class Description:
In Aileen’s class we will focus on using dynamic movements and breathwork to guide us through a warm up coming in and out of the floor. Using principles from different contemporary and modern techniques to get us moving through the space. Playing with sequencing and directional changes the class will be twirly whirly and swirly.
