DESCRIPTION:Class Description: We begin with locating ourselves and one ano
 ther through tactile and centering practices before exploring phrase work 
 and an expansive combination. We dedicate considerable time to feed our im
 provisational practice. Phrase work is focused on building strength and fl
 uidity of movement. You are invited to move in and out of the floor\, ride
  waves of momentum\, and investigate the nuances of ease and effort. The c
 ombination is a culmination of our research during class\, leaving room fo
 r the joyful unexpected.\n\nThank you for signing up for class with Juliet
  Paramor! Class will be held at The Hive (561 Windsor St. 4th\, Somerville
  MA 02143). We look forward to moving with you!\n\nWe suggest you bring:\n
