This class series explores what is possible in the liminal space of translation. Through highly guided long-form group improvisation practice, 1-to-1 movement conversations, and phrase work, we will investigate our capacity to generate collaborative, responsive movement rituals. This practice will cycle between highly energetic and highly restful activities; participants should wear layers with options to cover shoulders and knees. A journal or other method for note-taking will also be useful.
