A Contemporary Dance class that brings community to the forefront while building a practice that encourages going beyond the threshold of a tired body. Excited to teach this class, as I bring movers to try from contemporary dance all the way to social dance styles. From sore bodies to sweaty bodies. All with community building in the forefront of it all.
