ESCUCHA, JUEGO Y CONEXIÓN en Español con Marcela Correa
Thursday, September 24, 2026, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and with others through movement, listening, and play.
We begin by turning our attention inward: noticing the body, its sensations, impulses, rhythms, and small desires to move. Rather than trying to produce movement or “do it right,” we create the conditions for movement to emerge naturally. Little by little, we allow the body to surprise us and discover movement that feels spontaneous, personal, and genuinely our own.
From this individual exploration, we open our attention to others. Through simple and playful movement experiences, we practice listening, responding, proposing, following, and creating together. Laughter and play become tools for connection, helping us let go of judgment and become more open and spontaneous.
How can I remain connected to myself while listening to another person? How can I respond to someone else’s ideas without losing my own? How can two or more bodies create something together that none of us could have imagined alone?
No dance experience is needed. Just bring a curious body, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to move, play, listen, and connect.
This workshop will be conducted in Spanish
