The contemporary series is geared toward advanced or professional-level contemporary dancers. Class will proceed through a series of exercises to warm, stretch, and strengthen, rooted in release-based contemporary. We’ll improvise, we’ll ask questions, we’ll practice picking up choreography (quickly!) and performing for one another. Dancers can expect to do floor work most classes – kneepads and long layers are suggested but not required.

$18 class fee, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. If cost is a barrier to entry, reach out! We’ll make something work.
