This is a mandatory walkthrough for the left-hand space on the second floor, the BIPOC rehearsal space on the second floor, and the 3rd floor rehearsal space in the Armory. Please note this space is for rehearsals only unless otherwise approved/arranged. No trash of any kind should be left in the space upon leaving and the floor should be swept clean as outlined in the lockup procedure outlined in the space. The person who attends the walkthrough MUST be present in the space while the space is booked.  This walkthrough will cover all 3 available spaces in the Armory. Please read our front page to read more about the spaces and their respective uses.

Important notice regarding future use of Armory spaces:
The 2nd and 3rd floor spaces currently used by the SomArt program are temporary and not guaranteed. As part of the City’s Request for Proposals (RFP) process to lease the Armory, all spaces will be evaluated through a competitive process, and SomArt will be considered alongside other community proposals.

Continued access to these spaces is not assured and will depend on the outcome of that process.
