CLASS:1) THINKING PRACTICAL PLASTIC Think: What to do, the idea of how to do it in the image of movement. Plastic: The body is the plastic material of the dancer they must know how to model it to better use this plastic material the dancer must know the components of his body that will allow him to make all kinds of movements a dancer must know his natural abilities and amplify his energy. Practice: Practice any dancer who is a professional must practice his body every day. practice equals rigor, endurance, energy, and perfection.

Plastique : Le corp est la matier plastique du danseur ils doit savoir comment le modeler pour mieux utiliser cette matiere plastique le danseur doit connaitre les conposant de son corps cella lui permettra de faire tout sorte de mouvements un daneur doit connaitre ses capacites naturelles et amplifier son energie . Pratique : La pratique tout danseur qui pretant est un professionel doit pratique chaque jour son corp pratique egale rigeure endurance energie et perfection .
Papa Sy is a dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher from Senegal, and the principal member of 5 Dimension Company. After professional dance training in Senegal’s National Dance Academy, Papa Sy joined Germain Acogny’s Écoles des Sables and Jant-Bi dance company. Working there opened Papa Sy’s artistic spirit, and he founded the Pasytef Ballet Theatre de Dalifort dance company in Dakar and the Pasy Dance School from a passion for sharing his knowledge with young dancers and contributing to their artistic education. He has created, produced, directed, and starred in over twenty shows.
